Kunversion Launches Controversial Listing Prospecting System

After months of development, Kunversion LLC, a Real Estate Lead Generation company has launched a semi-controversial system designed to help real estate agents procure more Listings.

At the core of the system is an engine that helps “sniff out” married homeowners who are likely to divorce in the next 3-12 months.

In addition to creating “Likely To Divorce” Prospecting lists, the system even helps cause divorces in some cases where an extra push might be needed.

Here’s How It Works

  • The system cross references the leaked AshleyMadison.Com subscriber list against “Cole Data” in order to create records of unfaithful men complete with email, phone and street address data.
  • A Text Message Is Automatically sent to the husband with an attached selfie from an anonymous woman. But the “reply to” address is set to be the wife’s cell number.

  • A direct mail campaign is launched that sends “List With Me” solicitation from the Agent for the next 6 months.
  • A similar message is shown to the couple via Facebook+Youtube+Google Retargeting.

Early beta testers of the program have been really happy with the results.

Homer W. Recker, a test agent in Florida had this to say about the program.

“The leads have been great. These sellers are REALLY motivated to sell and get away from eachother. From time to time a fight has broken out at the listing appointment, but other than that I’m really happy to be getting all these listings from Divorcing Couples. ”

Kunversion plans to launch a similar system for Lawyers, and are exploring an arrangment where Lawyers & Agents can “co-op” on the cost of the system in order to generate more divorces across a wider prospecting area.
